The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale YouTube campaigns, with hands-on experience spending at least $100k/month on the platform within the last 12 months. This role involves end-to-end ownership of ad account performance, emphasizing scaling cold traffic through broad audiences, while collaborating with strategists and creative teams to optimize for leads and purchases.
