Position: Manual QA Tester Location: Remote (EST hours) Duration: 6 month contract + extensionsPay: $15 USD per hourRequired Skills & Qualifications:3-5+ years of experience in manual software testing.Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Experience with Integration testing using Soap UI and PostmanStrong understanding of SDLC and STLC.Experience with test case management toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and documentation abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must have their own equipment*Preferred Qualifications:Experience testing Salesforce Field ServiceFamiliarity with Copado or DevOps tools.Knowledge of CMMS systems like IBM Maximo is a plus.Understanding Facilities ManagementJob Summary:We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our quality assurance team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for manually testing software applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.This team will be assisting with Sprint Testing, which will involve going through development/acceptance criteria.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Execute manual test cases and document results.Identify, record, and track bugs using tools (currently using Copado which is a DevOps tool)Perform manual and user acceptance testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
