Business Development Manager, Mining SegmentWe seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business expansion in Brazil Region.This role is critical in driving market share growth within the mining sector, focusing on large OTR (Off-The-Road) tire solutions for heavy mining equipment.Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and secure new clients in the mining industry across BrazilDevelop and execute growth strategies to achieve annual sales targets and market penetration goals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at mining corporations.Required Skills and Qualifications:MandatoryWork Authorization: Valid right to work in IndonesiaIndustry Expertise:5+ years of B2B sales experience in mining sectors.Established network with mining operations, procurement heads, and fleet managers.Sales Competency:Demonstrated record of achieving >20% YoY growth in complex sales environments.Expertise in large account development (>ZAR 50M contracts).Personal Attributes:Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure settings.Physically fit to navigate remote mining sites and endure extended travel (up to 4 weeks/month).Language: Native or fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)Technical knowledge of OTR tires or heavy machinery.Benefits:•Competitive base salary + uncapped commission•Travel allowance, fuel card,•Performance bonuses and career advancement opportunities.•Global career opportunity
