We specialize in delivering top-tier services across the recruitment lifecycle and offer innovative solutions that drive results.JOB SUMMARY:We're seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing and social media efforts. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about storytelling through digital content.You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that increase customer engagement, boost brand awareness, and drive conversions across multiple channels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Email MarketingPlan and execute targeted campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and lifecycle flowsManage segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance optimizationMaintain the email marketing calendar in collaboration with content and product teamsTrack and analyze metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, list growth) to refine strategiesSocial Media ManagementPlan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platformsGrow and engage our community with relevant, timely, and creative contentPartner with the creative team to produce high-quality assets (images, videos, copy)Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community feedbackTrack key metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, traffic, conversions)Analytics & ReportingReport regularly on campaign performance and provide actionable insightsUse tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and email platform dashboardsMake data-informed recommendations to improve future campaignsCollaboration & StrategyWork cross-functionally with design, product, and sales teamsSupport integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional eventsStay current with platform updates, email regulations, and content trends.REQUIREMENTS:7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email and social mediaProven ability to manage end-to-end email campaigns and social content calendarsExcellent copywriting and editing skillsExperience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot; and social scheduling platforms like Later, Sprout, or BufferStrong analytical mindset with a track record of optimizing content for ROIExcellent English Communication.Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing, collaborative team with room for advancementEnjoy creative freedom and a supportive, dynamic work cultureBenefit from a flexible work environment that values innovation and initiativeInterested in exploring this opportunity?Let's connect — you can book a quick call with me directly here:
