At NFQ, we offer a different consulting model: Flexible | Scalable | Specialized | Client-Centric.As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant – Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets & Treasury to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model).
This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset, who feel comfortable navigating between business and technology in complex financial environments.What You'll DoAct on high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury.Analyze and design end-to-end solutions with a Front-to-Back-to-Risk view.Interact with multiple teams (treasury, risk, operations, compliance, tech).
Support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems.Collaborate with cross-functional squads to help implement complex financial products.Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects.Strong knowledge of financial products (fixed income, derivatives, FX, trade finance).
Holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk.Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools (risk engines, reconciliation systems).
