We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our global consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex financial environments.

The Senior Consultant will work on high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury, analyzing and designing end-to-end solutions with a Front-to-Back-to-Risk view. They will interact with multiple teams, including treasury, risk, operations, compliance, and tech, to support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, including fixed income, derivatives, FX, and trade finance
  • Holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk
  • Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools, including risk engines and reconciliation systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science

The ideal candidate will have intermediate or advanced Spanish skills, experience in financial risk management, knowledge of financial management, accounting for financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks. A postgraduate or MBA in Finance, Risk Management, Banking Systems, or Data & Analytics is also desirable, along with relevant certifications such as CPA-20 or CEA (Anbima), PSPO/CSPO, PMI-ACP/PMP, or SCRUM Master.
