Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Digital Product Designer to join our team in Brazil.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and evolving digital products that optimize kitchen operations, inventory management, and location handling.This role involves analyzing business problems and user needs to identify pain points and propose user-centered solutions.You will think strategically about the product experience, connecting the dots between business goals and user needs.You will collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Developers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate ideas quickly, delivering high-fidelity mockups with all necessary states, edge cases, and error handling for smooth implementation.You will also conduct benchmarking of industry patterns, features, and interaction behaviors to maintain product competitiveness, contribute to and maintain the UI kit and design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency.You will own the design process end-to-end, from ideation to QA and post-release iterations, presenting work, articulating design decisions, and providing clear documentation.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments are essential.Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups is a plus.Knowledge of food industry operations, kitchens, and inventory management processes is beneficial but not required.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience designing end-to-end digital products for web, mobile, and large-screen applications;Strong experience in B2B UX for complex operational or internal tools;Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and collaborative design workflows;Experience leveraging AI tools such as Figma Make, Perplexity, and Vercel to streamline and speed up design work;Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI design;BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and grow professionally.Our team is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.OthersPlease note that this is a job description only, and it does not guarantee any rights or benefits.We reserve the right to modify or terminate the position at any time without notice.
