Senior Accounting ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team.As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in helping our clients become more efficient with technology.You will be responsible for managing the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including receiving and processing client agreements, generating invoices, and maintaining schedules.For Accounts Payable, you will receive and process vendor bills, route invoices for approval, and dispute or follow up on payments when necessary.Weekly bank reconciliations, credit card, and expense report reconciliation will also be part of your responsibilities.At month-end, you will execute a timely and accurate close, including bank reconciliations, prepaid expense schedules, accruals, deferrals, depreciation, and amortization schedules.You will assist with financial statement preparation and identify revenue leakage.This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.Proficient in EnglishProven experience in accounting and month-end close processesStrong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ExcelFamiliarity with Bill.com is a plus20 hours per week, approximatelyAvailability required 3 times per week between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Time during the initial ramp-up periodPost ramp-up: availability 1–2 times per week during the same hoursKey Skills:Accounting softwareFinancial analysisQuickBooks OnlineExcelWhy Work With Us?Remote work opportunitiesFlexible schedulingOngoing training and development
