Research and secure permits for utility pole attachments, easements, rights of entry, and leases
Negotiate with private property owners and prepare required documentation for easements and leases
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives related to vendor and risk management
Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and government authorities
Update records, GIS databases, and manage project metrics and reports

What is Required
Associate degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
3+ years of experience in Voice/Data/Video networking
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong communication skills to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Technical knowledge of Real Estate Law, Land Surveying, and Project Management
Experience with GIS software and the ability to write Python scripts
Familiarity with telecommunications, engineering, and construction fields
