Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies to keep store operations running smoothly.Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently.
