Endpoint Management Leader

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the endpoint management team and ensure the security of 600+ corporate devices across our organization.This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in automation, efficiency, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of endpoint engineers, providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpointsDrive initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issuesCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliabilityCoordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devicesRequired Skills & Qualifications2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using scripting languagesDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****)Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFluent English language proficiencyPreferred QualificationsExperience in cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop AdministratorExperience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response toolsExperience with automation tools and scripting for large-scale deploymentsWork EnvironmentThis is a fully remote positionMust be available for occasional meetings across global time zonesOn-call rotation participation may be required
