The Operations Associate role is an entry-level position that involves providing support to global teams.We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team member who can assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and ensuring client records are up-to-date.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have experience in sales administration or operations support.Responsibilities include:Team Support: assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales recordsCRM & Data Management: ensuring client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurateCross-Department Coordination: working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflowAudits & Compliance: performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrityClient Interaction: responding to client inquiries professionally and escalating when necessaryReporting & KPIs: tracking key metrics, generating reports, and providing data-driven insightsPresentation & Proposal Support: helping create sales materials for client meetingsAdministrative Assistance: providing ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiencyWe offer a competitive compensation package, 36 PTOs per year, and 100% remote work.If you're motivated, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
