From revolutionizing healthcare to shaping the future of finance, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of industries, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet each customer's unique needs.Responsibilites:Conduct detailed needs assessments and document application requirements using modern Business Analysis (BA) methodologies.Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.Lead application modernization and migration initiatives, ensuring systems are scalable and future ready.Collaborate with architects and developers to design, implement, and deploy solutions that meet time, cost, and quality targets.Guide customers in selecting and customizing packaged applications that align with their business goals.Consult on compatibility issues, including hardware, OS, data conversion, and training needs.Support decision-making by evaluating multiple application options and providing strategic recommendations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific governance requirements.Foster innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.Your Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career.

Required Skills and Experience:Experience in application development and deploymentExperience in application migration and modernizationExperience in application architecture, middleware and dataKnowledge in a variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networkingStrong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud IntegrationStrong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills and Experience:SaaS application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.) Application modernization tools, e.g. CASTExperience in using and implementing DevSecOps processesExperience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategiesBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
