Our restaurant group is dedicated to delivering high-quality dining experiences and operating with strong financial discipline.We are a fast-growing company focused on expanding our locations and improving operational performance.Our restaurants serve thousands of guests every week, and we are committed to excellence in both customer experience and operations.The Senior Accountant will play a key role in building the financial systems, processes, and reporting that will support us as we scale.Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing strong controls, and supporting decision-making with timely analysis.You'll work closely with the leadership team to manage budgets, streamline processes, and provide insights that improve profitability.Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgerPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage cash flow, forecasts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsImplement and improve accounting systems, policies, and proceduresRequired Skills and QualificationsWe're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.A valid registration with the CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade) in Brazil is also required.At least 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance, ideally including restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector experience is necessary.Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience with U.S. GAAP or IFRS reporting standardsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and reportingBenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a growing restaurant group.As the company expands, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in building out the finance function.Software ExperienceMicrosoft Office: must haveQuickbooks Online: Strong preference
