Job description.Main responsibilitiesDesenvolver, testar e implementar aplicações back-end utilizando Java com Spring Boot e WebFlux, assegurando qualidade, performance e segurança;Construir e manter APIs REST escaláveis e resilientes;Integrar sistemas e serviços utilizando Kafka, MongoDB e Redis;Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares no design e arquitetura de sistemas, promovendo práticas de desenvolvimento ágil e seguro;Realizar manutenção e otimização de sistemas existentes, identificando e solucionando problemas de desempenho;Utilizar Git para controle de versão, garantindo integridade e rastreabilidade do código;Participar de revisões de código e contribuir com feedbacks construtivos para a melhoria contínua da equipe;Documentar processos e soluções desenvolvidas, facilitando o compartilhamento de conhecimento.Requirements and skillsExperiência com Java Spring Boot e WebFlux (obrigatório);Conhecimento em Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, API REST e Git;Vivência comprovada em desenvolvimento de aplicações back-end escaláveis e seguras;Conhecimento prático da plataforma AWS;Boa comunicação e habilidade para colaborar com diferentes áreas da empresa;Capacidade de resolução de problemas de forma criativa e proativa.Diferenciais DesejáveisExperiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum ou Kanban;Familiaridade com práticas de DevOps e integração contínua (CI/CD);Experiência prévia em sistemas de score de risco ou antifraude.Não possui todos os requisitos para a vaga?Está tudo bemNa Compass UOL, estimulamos o desenvolvimento contínuo de novos talentos e transformamos desafios em oportunidades.Additional informationTrabalho remoto.#J-18808-Ljbffr
