Growth Marketer (Global Running Company – Part-Time) – Room to Grow into Head of MarketingHi...My name is Lena, and I am the founder of GoRunning Tours.This is not your usual job post.I wanted to give you a genuine feel for what it's like to be a Growth Marketer with GoRunning Tours – the good, the bad, and the ugly.Our new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all our marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients.Our current markets are growing (some by 100+%) and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services.Your marketing DNA has to be analytical and structured, while also being creative enough to craft great copy, spot new opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B.I am looking for a colleague who works systematically with new ideas and markets, has attention to detail, and gets super excited about the responsibility you are given and the fact that the world is your marketing playground.When our marketing DNA clicks with our passion for running, the results can feel like cartwheels.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize our email marketing strategy: design flows, create smart automations, and deeply analyze data to improve performance.Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms and monitoring which tactics move the needle.Research new tech, trends, and channels, and test initiatives in one city before scaling across destinations.Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas that help reach new runners, companies, and destinations.Own launch and growth of newsletters, ensuring they meet performance metrics.Collaborate with stakeholders across the world, filling gaps you spot and backing your initiatives.What You'll ExperienceRemote work with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week.All other time is reserved for deep work and getting things done.You'll have frequent calls and continuous Slack communication; no one will be left alone.We're a small, global team that values progress, focus, and a fast-moving mentality.I may be impatient and dislike sloppiness, but I'm also kind, fun, optimistic, trusting, and understanding.If you're eager to excel, we'll become great teammates.Execution is the most important skill of all – if we don't execute, we can't move the needle.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypePart-timeJob FunctionMarketing and SalesIndustryTravel ArrangementsCompensation & HoursUSD 1,400 per month25 hours per weekManaged via UpworkBenefits & NotesThe salary is comfortable for reduced working hours, not a Ferrari level pay.Running, bridging cultures, and being part of a fun, fast-moving, positive company should be your primary motivation.We usually take down our job posts within 3–4 days due to many applicants.Please write to me with a short spiel on why you feel you're right for this role and why you'd like to work at GoRunning Tours (no AI, we want to know the real you).#J-*****-Ljbffr
