N-iX is a global software development service company that helps businesses across the globe create next-generation software products.Founded in ****, we unite 2,400+ tech-savvy professionals across 40+ countries, working on impactful projects for industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies.Our expertise spans cloud, data, AI/ML, embedded software, IoT, and more, driving digital transformation across finance, manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, and other industries.Join N-iX and become part of a team where your ideas make a real impact.We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Data Scientist to lead and contribute to our data science and AI-centric initiatives.The role involves developing advanced analytics solutions and leading short-term projects.RequirementsMaster's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in data science with a strong focus on machine learning and natural language processingProficiency in Python and SQLKnowledge of classic Data Science frameworks stack (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Vector Databases)Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, data visualization, and feature engineering best practices (Matplotlib, plotly)Familiarity with MLflow, containerization, and orchestratorsKnowledge and hands-on experience with Generative AI, including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Automatic Evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and frameworks (huggingface, ragas)Excellent verbal and written skills in EnglishStrong communication and presentation skillsResponsibilitiesParticipate in pre-sales activities that include but are not limited to the preparation of proposals, technical assessments, and implementation of proofs of conceptUnderstand customer challenges and business needs, analyze and estimate requirements, as well as identify the risks involved and provide solutions to themConduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectivesCommunicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders effectivelySet up a testing framework to evaluate agent performance, measure key metrics, and identify optimization opportunitiesNice to haveHands-on experience with Cloud Providers and their services: AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Polly), Azure (AI Search, OpenAI, Document Intelligence), or GCP (Vertex AI)Experience in leading data science projects from conception to deploymentWe offerFlexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packageProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing#J-*****-Ljbffr
