Hilyard's Business Solutions, located in Wilmington, DE, has an exciting sales opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative in our Northern DE sales territory.This is an outstanding opportunity for a salesperson who is looking for a position with no limits to what you can achieve.About Hilyard's:Founded by Charles Hilyard in ****, Hilyard's Business Solutions has been proud to serve customers in Delaware, South Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Maryland Eastern Shore for more than half a century.A family-owned business, we've built our reputation by delivering cutting-edge technology and unsurpassed service day in and day out.We started out selling typewriters and other office equipment in Wilmington DE.When document management, production printing, IT services, interactive whiteboards, and internet phone service came out, we added those to our offerings and moved into the modern age of office integration as we expanded throughout the area.As technology advances, our products and services do as well.No matter how we change over the years, we'll stay rooted in our tradition of working hard and putting the customer first.Your Mission:We are looking for an outside sales person who, by focusing on new business expansion, will continue to grow our current clients presence by offering our advanced array of products and solutions.Your Responsibilities:Personal commitment to your success and building a rewarding career pathGenerating required revenue and activity sales targetsMeet with and educate the latest technologies to our existing base of clientsFurther develop opportunities within your respective geographic territory through consistent prospecting efforts to drive additional sales opportunitiesBecome an expert at what you sell and how you present to your clientsFully use our CRM to enter all acquired business intelligence that you have gatheredIs This You?Prior sales experience in outside sales (preferably in the office solutions, IT sales or similar types of roles)Ambitious self-starter who thrives in a strong company environment and looks to build on their successMature, reliable, motivated, self-confident and possessing a strong work ethicDriven to exceed normal minimums with the goal of being the top in your peer groupIntellectual curiosity with the ability to grasp complex selling concepts and offering appropriate solutionsCompensation:This is a salary plus commission position where On Target Achievement projects earnings of $85,000 to $100,000 per year.Highly competitive compensation plan that rewards you for your effortsCompany issued laptop and phonePaid holiday, sick and personal daysGenerous 401K with up to 5% company match#J-*****-Ljbffr
