Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionAs a remote customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone, WhatsApp, and email.Key responsibilities include providing timely and effective support to customers regarding questions, plans, and telecom services.
You will also be responsible for organizing and updating customer information in our system for seamless service delivery.In addition, you may be involved in sales/telemarketing support to drive business growth.RequirementsBilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
