Act as an advanced expeditor, with deep understanding of international logistics processes, Incoterms, and mandatory CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List) data requirements;Process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement and customs regulations;Update and maintain accuracy of internal and external expediting systems, ensuring visibility of milestones and status;Closely monitor purchase order and shipment progress, proactively expediting deliveries to meet strict production or project deadlines;Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to confirm details, solve discrepancies, and avoid delays;Prepare and validate documents required for international shipments (invoices, CIPL, certificates, etc.);Support the team and clients on more advanced technical matters, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting;Propose and implement out-of-the-box solutions to overcome operational challenges and ensure continuous improvement;Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to optimize efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Other Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, customs requirements, and documentation;Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and expediting systems;Degree in International Business, Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience);Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken);Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;#J-*****-Ljbffr
