We are a rapidly expanding dining services organization with operations in the United States.Our focus is on delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining financial discipline.This role involves overseeing accounting and financial functions to support our growth.The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.Responsibilities include managing cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to drive business expansion.You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.The Senior Accountant will work closely with leadership to track performance and profitability.This role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldValid registration with relevant accounting authorities (e.g., CRC in Brazil)At least 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectorsPrior experience with U.S. GAAP or IFRS reporting standards is essential.Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting is required.Strong English communication skills are also necessary.This role offers an opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a growing organization.As the company expands, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in building out the finance function.Growth potential exists in this role.If you are motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for financial analysis and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
