We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and hands-on professional with strong leadership skills to coordinate the areas of Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit.This is a strategic position with a structured career path toward a Finance Manager role within up to 18 months, based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasuryPrepare and monitor daily, weekly, and projected cash flowManage bank accounts, balances, reconciliations, and financial investmentsPlan fund transfers between SPVs (SPEs) and partnersSupport Controllership with monthly close and cash flow projectionsEnsure banking security, proper segregation of duties, and approval levelsAccounts PayableCoordinate the full payment cycle (review, approval, and execution)Ensure accurate posting of invoices, tax withholdings, and cost centersImplement and maintain payment policiesControl due dates for contracts, insurance policies, and recurring expensesMonitor advances, corporate credit cards, and payment exceptionsSupport financial automation initiatives and accounting integrationAccounts Receivable & CollectionsCoordinate billing for rent, charges, fees, and servicesMonitor delinquency, aging reports, collections, and postings in the ERPImplement preventive and corrective collection policiesSupport negotiations with customers and legal teams when requiredDevelop management reports by property / projectCreditImplement and continuously review the company's credit policyPerform customer financial and credit analysisClassify customers according to risk levelsMonitor delinquency indicators and credit performanceTrain commercial and operational teams on credit rules and processesManagement & StrategyDevelop financial dashboards and performance indicatorsLead continuous improvement and automation projectsAct as the financial interface with partners, funds, and investorsConduct performance evaluations, develop successors, and build future leadersAct strategically alongside Controllership and Executive ManagementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldsSolid experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and CreditExperience working with financial ERP systemsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsLeadership profile with autonomy and strategic mindsetEnglish proficiency is a plus (reading and speaking)Preferred QualificationsExperience in the real estate sectorExperience managing financial flows between SPVs (SPEs)Proven experience implementing financial automationWhat We OfferClear and structured career path toward a Finance Manager positionStrong technical and strategic development environmentDirect exposure to business financial decision-making#J-*****-Ljbffr
