We're looking for a hands-on Microsoft Teams Administrator/Engineer ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment.
If you're passionate about managing enterprise collaboration platforms, driving governance, and ensuring secure adoption of Microsoft Teams, this might be the opportunity for you.Start date: ASAPContract type: Contractor, long-term, full remoteWork hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 16.30 PSTWhat You'll Be DoingAct as the primary administrator for Microsoft Teams, ensuring reliable and secure collaboration across the entire organization.Implement and enforce Teams governance policies (naming conventions, lifecycle management, security, compliance) to strengthen structure and security.Configure and manage Teams-related settings, permissions, and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Troubleshoot issues and monitor performance using Teams Admin Center, analytics tools, and PowerShell automation.Collaborate with IT leadership to define best practices, support adoption, and ensure seamless user experience.What You Need to SucceedMust-haves3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator/Engineer in an enterprise environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive).
Hands-on experience with Teams governance, compliance policies, and security controls.Proficiency in troubleshooting and system administration at scale.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-havesMicrosoft certifications (e.g., MS-700 Managing Microsoft Teams, SC-300).
