Principais responsabilidades
Implementar e executar a
estratégia comercial do setor financeiro
dentro do pilar de TI no Brasil, garantindo alinhamento com a visão global da empresa.
Gerir e expandir a carteira de clientes do setor financeiro, estabelecendo parcerias estratégicas com empresas de médio e grande porte.
Estruturar e liderar o time comercial, acompanhando performance para garantir resultados consistentes.
Identificar e desenvolver novos mercados e oportunidades de negócio, ampliando a presença no setor de TI.
Acompanhar tendências e inovações tecnológicas, ajustando a oferta de serviços conforme as demandas do mercado.
Negociar contratos e parcerias estratégicas que assegurem crescimento sustentável e rentável.
Monitorar KPIs para otimizar processos e aumentar a performance comercial.
Analisar propostas, e realizar vendas técnicas.
Garantir o cumprimento do budget.
Garantir o cumprimento do forecast.
Participar de eventos setoriais bem como de feiras.
Realizar visitas e reunião aos clientes.
Garantir que o CRM esteja devidamente alimentado.
Garantir NPS acima de 60 %.
Requisitos:
Experiência mínima de 3 anos em função de gestão comercial no setor de TI.
Capacidade comprovada de liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes comerciais.
Conhecimento sólido do mercado brasileiro de tecnologia aplicado ao setor financeiro e das tendências em outsourcing e serviços tecnológicos.
Habilidade em negociação e relacionamento comercial com clientes
Orientação para resultados, visão estratégica e perfil hunter.
Formação superior completa.
Conhecimento de CRM (desejável HubSpot).
Requisitos Complementares
Inglês.
Conhecimento avançado de excel.
Conhecimento de CRM Hubspot.
Modelo de trabalho:
Presencial na Vila Olímpia - SP.
