We're seeking a strategic thinker with a strong background in technology companies, capable of navigating complex B2B environments and driving high-impact sales initiatives across global markets.Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies and go-to-market plansProvide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership to optimize sales effectivenessMonitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to shape compelling and competitive commercial proposalsAlign business opportunities across multiple units and geographies, ensuring consistency and value creationSupport the identification of market trends and strategic growth opportunitiesFacilitate strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teamsDrive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales strategy functionRequirements:Strong experience working in technology companies, with a solid track record in B2B sales strategyExperience building and leading strategic sales initiatives at a national and international levelAdvanced English proficiency for global business communicationStrong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insightsExpertise in designing and optimizing commercial models and go-to-market approachesExcellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagementFamiliarity with B2B sales operations and CRM/sales automation platformsCollaborative mindset, with experience working across functions to achieve business goalsNice to haveExperience with consulting or professional services environmentsWorking knowledge of Generative AI and CI&T Flow platform#LI-JC4Our benefits:-Health and dental insurance-Meal and food allowance-Childcare assistance-Extended paternity leave-Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass;-Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR);-Life insurance-Continuous learning platform (CI&T University);-Discount club-Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well-being-Pregnancy and responsible parenting course-Partnerships with online learning platforms-Language learning platformAnd many more
