Endpoint Management Team LeadOur organization is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our endpoint management teams in maintaining and securing corporate devices worldwide.This remote position requires a leader with a relentless focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale, as well as strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.They should also be skilled in automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar, and have a deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.This is a fully remote position requiring occasional meetings across global time zones and possible on-call rotation participation for critical issues.We are looking for someone who is able to work independently in a remote environment and has excellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for corporate endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvementCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliabilityCoordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devicesLead incident response efforts for endpoint-related security eventsRequired Skills & Qualifications2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPA)Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be able to read and speak fluently in EnglishWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.Apply now and join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional endpoint management services.
