We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager with a strategic, deal-hunting mindset and a strong track record of closing six-figure service opportunities.This role is focused on selling AWS Cloud and related services, targeting SMB businesses within AWS's Engaged Field Team.Responsibilities and assignmentsDrive net new business opportunities, targeting medium-sized AWS customers.Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed revenue goals and quota expectations.Build and leverage co-sell relationships with AWS SMB Field Engaged team to accelerate pipeline generation.Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in AWS migration, Generative AI, and professional services.Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, effectively positioning value-driven solutions.Utilize AWS funding programs to structure compelling business cases for customers.Manage high volumes of outbound calls and engagements, maintaining a proactive sales cadence.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Legal, Sales Operations, and Delivery.Maintain meticulous account tracking and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.Requirements and qualificationsStrong sales experience in AWS (projects or AWS reselling experience required).Proven track record of exceeding quota.Experience closing deals in the 6-figure range.Strong AWS ecosystem relationships – must have prior experience working with AWS sellers and account managers.Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, handling multiple deals concurrently.Resilient, competitive, and results-oriented.Excellent executive-level communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for tracking and pipeline management.Must be based in West region of the US (CA, CO, WA)Additional informationExperience working with different geographic regions and navigating global sales cycles.Strong collaboration skills, thriving in a team-driven environment.Ability to manage administrative responsibilities, including legal coordination.Fearless approach to outreach and engagement – comfortable interacting with executives at all levels.Compass Inc discloses salary range information based on our commitment to fairness and transparency.We consider a wide range of factors such as internal equity, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, business or organizational needs, and others.A reasonable estimate of the current range for a AWS Account Manager is from $120k to $150k per year + commissions based on sales.EEO statementWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
