Housekeeping Supervisor Location: Grand Cayman Hourly Rate: $10–$11 + Gratuities Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor with Forbes 5-Star property experience to oversee daily housekeeping operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and reporting skills, advanced knowledge of Excel , and experience using Opera or similar property management software.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping activities to ensure compliance with Forbes 5-Star service standards.
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service.
Prepare reports, manage schedules, and monitor performance using Excel and internal systems.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a Forbes 5-Star property .
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software preferred.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $10–$11 + gratuities.
