**About the Job**
The Junior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and supporting new sales opportunities, with a focus on lead prospecting.
The goal is to develop commercial proposals for companies seeking to enhance their decision-making processes, market intelligence, and data analysis capabilities.
**Responsibilities**
- Prospect and qualify leads to support the sales process.
- Develop customized commercial proposals to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technology teams to ensure solutions align with market needs.
- Keep the CRM system updated with all client interactions and data.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or related areas, preferably in technology or startups.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the technology market and data-based solutions.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and other sales platforms.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of data analysis or SaaS data solutions.
- Experience in startups or technology companies.
- Skills in sales automation techniques and sales intelligence tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
