What You'll Do
Sales & Pipeline Management
Build and manage a
healthy pipeline of leads
through outbound and inbound efforts.
Execute the
full sales cycle , including outreach, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
Hit and exceed
challenging quotas
while delivering measurable results.
Process & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and updated lead and customer data in the
CRM system
(ClickUp experience is a plus).
Help define, refine, and document
sales processes
to create scalable workflows.
Collaborate closely with leadership to develop
sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives .
Product & Market Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of
EasyHub's SaaS platform and IoT ecosystem .
Educate prospects about EasyHub's value proposition, delivering clear, compelling pitches.
What You'll Bring
Skills & Tools
Proven Sales Experience
- Demonstrated track record with measurable achievements.
CRM Expertise
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (ClickUp preferred).
Tech Savvy
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs) and digital tools.
Strong Communication
- Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Portuguese and English.
Startup Mindset
- Adaptable, resourceful, and excited about building from the ground up.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in Portuguese and English
(written and verbal) – You will engage with global teams and clients.
