This is a great role for an IT generalist who is looking for the next step in their career.Your Role and ImpactServe as the technical expert in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of deployment solutions, modifications, and enhancementsServe as the technical expert in all aspects of the deployment and systems management that involve multiple technology disciplinesProvide top-level consultation and technical expertise to senior and mid-level management on Windows PC and Mac deployment and systems management topicsAssist Product and Sales when neededDesign, conduct, and document UAT and end-to-end solution quality tests.ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of support calls and monitor, triage, and troubleshoot incoming requests through ticket queuesProvide technical phone support for users of the Workplace product and accurately log all interactions in the ticketing systemNavigate technical documentation to follow appropriate troubleshooting steps for reported issuesMonitor ticket queues to ensure SLA compliance and escalate when necessaryMaintain clear and consistent documentation of incidents and resolution notes using ZendeskDeliver remote desktop support to both client and internal usersProactively identify emerging issues and act quickly to mitigate impactNotify management of trending technical problems and contribute ideas for process improvements.Build effective cross-functional relationships to support escalation paths and end-user successUphold a positive, professional atmosphere with both customers and colleaguesRequirementsC1 level English or equivalent proficiencyExperience in software deployment and installationExpertise in version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environmentExperience in SaaS and start-up environments is strongly preferredAttention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or PowerShellBenefitsSalary Range: $3000-$4500 USD/month1 day in office in Palermo, Buenos AiresUnlimited PTO + holidays$1500 USD Tech budget***Only CV's submitted in English will be accepted***Seniority levelSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sur LATAM by 2xSign in to set job alerts for "Information Technology Technician" roles.Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina 2 weeks agoWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
