This role bridgessales support, customer success, and merchandising, ensuring our retail partners receive a premium, seamless experience that reflects Scriveiner's luxury brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Partner Management:Serve as the main contact for wholesale customers via Faire, email, and Scriveiner's wholesale portal. Provide timely, professional responses and build strong ongoing relationships.Order & Account Support:Manage and track wholesale orders, coordinate with the operations team for fulfillment updates, and ensure accuracy across platforms.Digital Merchandising:Maintain and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing across Faire and the wholesale portal.Account Retention & Growth:Encourage reorders and proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships with existing retailers.CRM Management:UseNutshellto record and track communications, update account status, and maintain accurate partner data.Project Coordination:UseNotionto manage wholesale projects, timelines, and cross-team tasks with marketing, inventory, and operations.Performance Tracking:Report on wholesale KPIs (sales volume, reorder rate, account activity, and response times) to the Wholesale Growth Manager.Campaign Support:Collaborate with marketing on wholesale-focused campaigns, product launches, and partner newsletters.Continuous Improvement:Identify bottlenecks in the wholesale process and recommend solutions for efficiency and partner satisfaction.The ProfileQualifications1–3 years of experience inwholesale, customer success, or eCommerce account management(B2B experience preferred).Familiarity withFaireor similar digital wholesale platforms.Experience usingShopify,CRM, and customer support tools (e.g.,Gorgias,Zendesk,Freshdesk).Comfortable withNotionor similar project management tools.Solid understanding ofwholesale operations,retail partnerships, andorder workflows.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.Technical SkillsProficient inGoogle Workspace(Sheets, Docs, Slides) orMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, Word).Skilled at managing CRM entries and tracking pipelines inNutshell.Experienced withShopify Admin, Faire dashboards, and wholesale portals.Basic familiarity with sales analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards.Soft SkillsExcellentwritten and verbal communicationskills, especially for professional email correspondence.Highlyorganizedwith meticulous attention to detail.Customer-first mindsetwith a proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.Ability tomultitaskeffectively and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellence.The EmployerOur client has redefined what "affordable luxury" means, becoming the UK's leading designer and manufacturer of premium pens.
