OverviewLocation: Montvale, NJJob Id: ********SDG# of Openings: 1About PENTAX MedicalOur mission is to improve the standard of patient care and quality of healthcare delivery by providing the best endoscopic products and services with a focus on QUALITY, CLINICALLY RELEVANT INNOVATION, and SIMPLICITY.Through leading edge R&D and manufacturing, PENTAX Medical provides endoscopic imaging devices and solutions to the global medical community.Position Opening: Sales Analyst & Data GovernanceWhy JOIN Us?We are an established medical device leader that is preparing for high growth.This means that PENTAX is looking to invest in its team and provide a collaborative and encouraging work environment.PENTAX Medical is proud of its comprehensive benefits program and generous Paid Time Off and Holiday policy.Want More INFO?As an expert in Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM, the Sales Analyst & Data Governance provides insight and analytical support to inform key business decisions within sales, marketing, finance and the service departments.This role is integral to effective strategic collaboration with sales and finance teams.Responsibilities of Sales Analyst & Data Governance:Ownership of CRM system, including data integrity, customization, reporting, data extraction, onboarding/training and troubleshootingSupport projects, analysis and ad-hoc reporting related to sales and marketing, including but not limited to: revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, segmentation and account assignments, win rates, etc.Support revenue budgeting and forecasting processes through reportingPartner closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive and inform the development of data-driven pipeline managementAnalyze system, collect feedback and propose and execute system enhancementsDrive process improvements through execution and enforcement of data governance in ERP and CRMReview CRM data, identify source of discrepancy and work with ERP team to resolveSeek and act upon feedback from sales leaders and peers to continually improve tools and reporting capabilities, influencing upstream data and reporting partners as neededWork cross functionally with all departments to provide value-added analysis supporting sales effectiveness and business decision makingProvide organizational data to support key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales effectivenessCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales objectives, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectivesCommunicate data and findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and effective mannerAttend regular training and product updates from Salesforce.com to continue expertiseOther duties as assignedRequirements of Sales Analyst & Data Governance:Bachelor's Degree or higher3-5 years in a combination of Analytics, Operations, Sales, or Finance roles3 years of experience working with SFDC CRM system configuration or implementationStrong financial acumen and numerical reasoning skillsIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, simple macros, etc.)Passion for data governance to protect data source for accurate reportingIt is the ongoing policy and practice of PENTAX Medical to provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants.No person shall be discriminated against in any condition of employment because of age 40 and over, color, disability, gender identity, genetic information, military or veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or any other applicable status protected by state or local law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
