Job DescriptionSweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30,000 required by 2030.We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.As a senior headhunter, you will help find engineers ready to move to Sweden.Your job will involve building trust with suitable candidates, informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and supporting them with a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.We offer a range of support, including assistance with visa, work permits, tickets, and housing arrangements.Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, and telecommunications.Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across multiple countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.Required competence includes at least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, a solid network of local engineering talent, and upper intermediate English.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.Upper intermediate English.Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.Analytical, well-organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.Extent & Duration: Start ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, with a minimum of 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation and flex.Location: Working from home or a co-location center of choice.Economy: Remuneration starting at $1200, plus remittance fees and taxes, with free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels, housing, and per diem.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
