Help more patients access life-changing clinical trials by building the team that makes it possible.About Denali HealthDenali Health is a fast-growing clinical research network focused on quality data, accelerated enrollment, and operational efficiency.The foundation of our work and approach is based on the talented people (heroes) that helpThe Role: Talent Acquisition LeadYou'll lead full-cycle recruiting across site and central teams—PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory/SSU, QA, Site Directors, and central ops.You'll partner closely with Operations and Study Start-Up to anticipate demand and build pipelines that let us activate sites quickly.You'll own sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and the data that guides both.You'll be hands-on with hard-to-fill roles while standing up repeatable systems for scale.What You'll DoSource niche clinical talent (PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory, QA, central ops)Build and execute hiring plans with executive leadership; define role scopes, competencies, and sourcing plan.Develop industry relationships that become a source of high quality referralsReduce time-to-hire and time-to-site-activationOwn candidate experience end-to-end—fast feedback, transparent timelines, respectful declines.Conduct interviews to assess competenceCoordinate credentialing and GCP/ICH verification steps with QA/Compliance for a smooth start.You are a Good Fit If You Have:A strong ability to identify and engage talent2–5+ years of recruiting in healthcare or clinical research; Even better if you're a true clinical research recruiter with clinical trial staffing experience.An ability to assess quality of candidatesA strong work ethicHave an internal drive for quality and excellenceWhy Denali HealthTop Quartile CompensationMeaningful impact: Your hires help patients access trials sooner.Scale and speed: Launch roles fast; see your work move studies forward.Mentorship & growth: Learn from experienced clinical ops and QA leaders; clear path to Senior TA.Flexible workBenefits that matterGlobal collaboration: Work with sites across regions; build an international bench.How to ApplySend your resume and a video explaining how you would effectively source and assess talent.Keywords: clinical research recruiter, clinical trial staffing, CRC hiring, investigator recruitment, GCP, ICH, site activation, decentralized clinical trials, healthcare recruiting.If your experience looks a little different and you think you can add value, we'd love to hear from you.
