**Key Accountabilities and Business Priorities**
- Business Partner to the Supply Chain and Operations providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions for manufacturing cost, logistics spending and working capital.
- Enable the Supply Chain forecasting financial processes.
- Champion the implementation of cost savings and working capital initiatives to unlock the full potential for the areas within her/his scope
- Provide business analysis and insights to the Supply chain and Operations teams to drive improvement of contribution margins through cost, mix, production capacity utilization, and logistics costs (cost to serve)
- Act as connection between the Costs and Procurement teams, and all related areas to ensure alignment on input costs and P&L impacts
- Organize, staff, motivate and lead a highly effective team that delivers value to the organization with proactive financial analysis, business consulting services and identification and management of risks through a gap planning process through utilization of playbooks
- Serve as a strong talent developer by hiring, developing, retaining and promoting talent, providing training, enabling problem resolution, conducting performance evaluations and raising the performance bar
**Essential Knowledge/ Experience**
- Demonstrative functional/technical, quantitative and analytical skills with ability to make recommendations and gain buy-in
- Expert understanding of supply chain and costs
- Experience leading diverse teams
- Experiences managing local, regional & global business needs & cross functional synergies.
