Job Title: Regional Supply Chain Manager
The Regional Supply Chain Manager will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans for supply chain operations in Latin America. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain operations in Latin America.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution preferred.
- MBA or related master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge and/or experience in PMO and agile methodologies.
- Fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish required.
