Job Summary

Supply Chain Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to drive business growth and efficiency across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage full supply chain processes for a specific site, including industrial planning, materials planning & logistics operations.
  • Promote and deploy supply chain strategy and footprint versus regional supply chain and local strategy.
  • Standardise and document processes, methods, and tools.
  • Manage deployment roadmap through regions/clusters.
  • Identify site needs and define local requirements for transversal processes and tools.
  • Contribute to defining, improving, and validating transversal processes/tools.
  • Develop and implement targeted organisational and people development roadmaps, including skills levels, training, and qualification paths.
  • Foster a robust supply chain culture across all levels.
  • Oversee material planning and logistics for a specific product line, ensuring proper material planning management as needed.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for his/her perimeter, including function costs.
  • Capture opportunities leveraging synergies and improvement initiatives.
  • Achieve and animate performance KPIs/targets.
  • Ensure compliance with process reviews and audits.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain.
  • Proven track record of work in supplier/customer relationships or project/industrial environments.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • No travel required.
