Full time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates during relocation decisions.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements).
Plan and execute recruitment activities in alignment with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.Support engineers and their families throughout the relocation process to Sweden.Contribute to a team culture characterized by joy, trust, and professionalism.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper-intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, and self-motivated; capable of handling rejection and remaining persistent.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with professional appearance.Ability to work with a global team and adapt to cross-cultural environments.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.Job DetailsEmployment type: Full-timeLocation: Remote or from a co-location center of your choiceSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelIndustries: IT, software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, application developmentNote: Please send your English CV to the stated email address and include the application code TEL2025HH in the subject line.
