Position: Key Account Manager Date of commencement of employment: ASAP Location: Sau Paulo, Brazil Job description: Build fast relationship with both local customers and Sg T team in Brazil to ensure a smooth and efficient handover.
Build a strong relationship with customers Asia local offices and work together with different teams to achieve goals given by management.
Understand and interiorize company strategy, systems, solutions and services to detail.
Learn how to operate with different teams and understand company standards and customers' expectations Build and maintain effective long-term business relationships and sales base with current and assigned customers with good program management.
Key contact window with Brazilian customers: maintain timely, effective, professional contact with customers at all times: Support sales team on develop quality strategies and policies, tailor-made processes to meet the customer expectations, Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the company's service strategies, Identify and develop opportunities to up-sell and provide complete solutions to assigned clients, lead the development, implementation and follow up of new services or procedures, Be instrumental in converting clients by supporting the sales team Help in taking customer enquiries, prepare information they may require and solving any issues they may face in a effective, courteous and timely manner, monitor and improve customer satisfaction where necessary, Communicate effectively with all operation and technical teams to fulfill customer's requests and expectations and to enhance customer satisfaction, Slow, overtake the role of business development and create own customer profile in Australian Market.
Undertake any other duties required by the Management.
Education and experience requirements: Textile Engineering degree holder in textile or other discipline preferred At least 5 years' experience in account management or customer technical services, or brand QC Teams.
Experience in consumer testing laboratory will be an advantage, Knowledge of construction materials products and regulations will be an advantage, Self-starter, positive thinker, well organized, excellent social, presentation and negotiation skills, Able to work independently.
Fluent in English and Portugese prefered with Spanish being a plus
