Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions for global scalability and performance.About the Role:The selected professional will be responsible for owning infrastructure uptime, reliability, and alerting.They will manage and scale Kubernetes clusters for performance and cost efficiency, build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines integrated with ArgoCD and Helm, define and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, configure and maintain Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and dashboards, set up Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing alerts and budgets to prevent overspending, manage IAM roles, permissions, and network security within GCP, troubleshoot deployments, cluster instability, or networking issues, collaborate with developers and leadership to align on DevOps priorities, communicate effectively in English during daily team meetings and stakeholder sessions, and present updates, progress, and reliability metrics to non-technical team members.Requirements:To be successful in this role, the candidate must have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles, deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform, strong experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automation, skilled with monitoring and alerting systems, Prometheus, and Grafana, solid understanding of IAM, networking, and security in GCP, experience setting up cost monitoring and billing alerts, proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken, confident presenting to stakeholders, and comfortable being on-call during uptime incidents.Benefits:This is a fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.We offer two weeks of paid vacation per year and 10 paid days for local holidays.
