We are hiring a Senior Product Data Analyst to join our expanding Data Insights team.
You will support our product teams as we continuously ask, "who are our users and how do they use Oyster's solution?"
You would help us make data driven decisions and build systems, tools, and processes from the ground up.
You will be working closely with product managers, designers, platform engineers, and data engineers.
**What you'll do**:
- Create reports and dashboards showing the impact of new features and product enhancements using platform data, user behaviors, and cross functional data in Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, Finance
- Identify data that we need but do not have today
- Recommend changes to product capabilities or user experiences based on data
- Monitor product-wide metrics and user behaviors for issues, trends, and experiment proposals
- Mentor product teams to use our product analytics tools so they can help themselves
- Research and implement new tools that improve our data insights

**What we're looking for**:
- 3+ years of work experience in product and business analytics
- Excellent SQL skills
- Experience with product analytics and BI tools and willingness to learn new solutions
- (BONUS) Experience with B2B SaaS
- (BONUS) Experience working with products and technology supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Time Management operations
- (BONUS) Experience working on teams at a globally distributed company
