**Role Overview**
**We are looking for**:
- Credit Analyst to join our Finance SBS service line to perform the related tasks.
**We count on you for**:
- Reporting to the Team Leader Credit Analyst AMERICAS, the Credit Analyst is responsible to manage credit risk and define customer scoring and credit strategy.
- He/She works closely with Business, Credit teams and customers.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and secure customer credit risk, establish financial analysis of risky customers and determine credit limits.
- Secure credit risk with adequate payment methods and guarantees.
- Manage sales orders blocked, review blocked sales orders and determine the next course of action.
- Determine provisions and losses according to the rules.
- Support complex collection cases.
- Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material disputes.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.

**You will bring**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administratio or International Relations
- Work experience in Credit area
Technical Skills
- Good command of verbal and written skills in English and Portuguese
- Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus
- Knowledge of SAP preferred

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-directed with a positive attitude
