Job Role:The objective of this role is to ensure that financial applications are compliant with our IT Policy.This will involve building plans to enforce compliance and standardize user management processes.We are seeking an individual who can evaluate SOC reports to identify vendor and application compliance risks, design and develop solutions to address these risks, and work with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions.About the Job:Evaluate SOC reports to identify vendor and application compliance risksDesign and develop solutions to address these risksWork with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutionsBuild plans to enforce compliance with IT policy and standardize user management processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrationKey Responsibilities:Ensure financial applications are compliant with our IT PolicyDevelop and maintain documentation of compliance proceduresAnalyze and troubleshoot system issuesIdentify areas for process improvementProvide training and support to end-usersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, information technology)Relevant experience in technology project supportExperience working with financial applications (e.g., JDE, Trintech)Understanding of single sign-on and identity management solutionsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Intermediate SQL query skillsExperience working in large enterprisesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and developmentA collaborative and dynamic work environmentA chance to make a meaningful impact on our organization
