With a strong foundation in architecture and technical strategy, you ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client goals.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and technical leadership.
Proven experience managing a Python-based architecture.
Strong proficiency in designing and implementing technical strategies aligned with product requirements.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and technical leaders.
Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve technical challenges and guide teams toward efficient solutions.
Demonstrated leadership qualities to mentor, empower, and inspire team members.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities: Partner with product managers to understand product features and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide guidance and support to development teams in overcoming technical challenges.
Advocate for and implement best practices in application architecture to improve quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to align efforts and achieve project objectives.
Contribute to coding, refactoring, and debugging during development to ensure alignment with client needs and project goals.
Develop and maintain technical strategies that align with business and product success metrics.
Support continuous improvement of technical processes, standards, and documentation.
