Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Finance Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property finance, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

The role will involve actively engaging with potential clients to identify their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting new business opportunities through lead generation and marketing activities;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business growth;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the application process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in property finance or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of property finance products and services;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
