We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Loan Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with potential clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored home finance solutions.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through lead providers and direct marketing.
- Utilize needs analysis-based selling techniques to understand clients' financial and emotional needs.
- Develop a robust network through partnerships and relationship building.
Requirements:
- 2 years of successful sales conversions in a pressurized sale environment.
- Experience in proactively prospecting and utilizing proactive and reactive prospecting methods.
- Strong understanding of home loan products and ability to present tailored solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home loans.
- Experience in sales within a self-sourcing environment, adept at proactively generating leads.
