A leading Financial Solutions Provider is seeking a skilled Property Finance Consultant to join their team in Umhlanga.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and leveraging lead providers, direct marketing, and needs analysis-based selling techniques to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting through proactive and reactive methods to identify new business leads.
  • Developing a strong client base through partnerships and relationship building.
  • Executing referral campaigns, outdoor/Mall/Community marketing, social media, corporate presentations, and wellness days to promote services.
Client Interaction:
  • Employing open-ended questioning to understand clients' financial and emotional needs.
  • Pre-qualifying clients by assessing their background and linking it to credit health reports and affordability.
  • Identifying financial challenges and offering solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintaining proper records of leads and follow-ups to ensure customer contact.
Product Knowledge:
  • Utilizing extensive product knowledge to present tailored solutions that match client needs.
  • Explaining application procedures and applying appropriate credit criteria to ensure a smooth process.
  • Providing upfront explanations of situations that need clarity and ensuring supporting documents are available.
Closing and Follow-up:
  • Clarifying all terms and conditions of the final offer to the client.
  • Summarizing benefits of the product package and all relevant conditions to ensure client understanding.
  • Maintaining contact after the client has accepted our offer and requesting referrals to grow the network.

The ideal candidate should have 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home loans, and experience in sales within a self-sourcing environment, adept at proactively generating leads. A valid driver's license and own car/transport are required. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work under pressure and meet sales targets.
