Job OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Transformation Specialist to spearhead the modernization of our large-scale legacy platform.The ideal candidate will lead the charge in transforming this complex system into a simpler, cloud-ready solution.About the ProjectThe successful candidate will be responsible for decoupling the legacy platform, rewriting core modules in Go using modern engineering practices, and applying incremental modernization patterns such as Strangler Fig, API façades, and DB decoupling.Your QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field7+ Years of experience working with modern programming languages (Go, Java, .NET, or Rust)Strong knowledge of C and ability to work effectively with legacy specialists requiredFamiliarity with cloud-native design and event-driven integrationsProven experience applying incremental modernization patternsAdvanced SQL skills (Oracle preferred) for database integration and synchronizationExcellent communication skills required for effective collaboration with international clients
