Director of Growth StrategyWe are seeking an exceptional Director of Growth Strategy to drive our B2C customer acquisition strategy, focusing on aggressive targets while maintaining disciplined CAC payback periods.Own Customer Acquisition Economics:Drive customer acquisition targets with disciplined CAC payback periodsBuild and optimize the full funnel across paid, owned, and earned channelsEstablish rigorous experimentation frameworks to improve unit economicsReport directly on cohort performance, LTV, and channel efficiencyExecute Across All Growth Channels:Paid: Develop and execute strategies for Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platformsOrganic: Build SEO and content strategies that educate and convert (à la Chime/Coinbase)Viral: Design and implement referral programs and growth loops that turn customers into evangelistsPartnerships: Identify and activate strategic acquisition partnerships and distribution channelsInfluencer/Brand: Leverage culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with our demographicBuild the Growth Machine:Partner with product and engineering teams to instrument analytics and build growth features into the productCollaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting assets across channelsEstablish a robust data infrastructure for rapid testing and iterationImplement tools and processes that scale with the businessLead and Develop a Team:Hire, mentor, and manage growth marketers, performance marketers, and growth analystsFoster a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, and scrappy executionSet clear OKRs and hold the team accountable to resultsRequirements:7+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth product roles at B2C fintech or crypto companiesProven track record of owning and hitting aggressive customer acquisition targetsDeep expertise across multiple acquisition channels (paid social, SEM, SEO, referral, influencer)Hands-on experience optimizing campaigns and improving CAC/LTV ratiosStrong analytical chops—you live in Excel/SQL and can make sense of complex dataPlayer-coach mentality: equally comfortable running campaigns yourself and managing a teamExperience building and scaling growth teams from 0-1 or early stage
